Cookies
How CognitiveIQ uses cookies on cognitiveiq.digital — essential storage, optional analytics, and your choices.
Last updated: 31 July 2026
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies (localStorage) may store preferences such as your cookie consent choice.
How we use them
Essential: required for basic site operation and remembering your Accept / Reject choice.
Analytics (optional): help us understand aggregate page visits if you Accept. Rejecting does not block consultations or forms.
Cookies table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
cognitiveiq_cookie_consent | Stores Accept or Reject choice | Until cleared (localStorage) | CognitiveIQ |
ciq_session_essential | Basic load balancing / security where enabled by host | Session | Hosting provider |
_ciq_analytics | Optional aggregate visit counts (set only after Accept) | 6 months | CognitiveIQ |
Exact host security cookies may vary with infrastructure; they remain essential and do not profile you for advertising.
Managing cookies
Use the banner’s Accept or Reject buttons on first visit. Clear site data in your browser to reset the choice and see the banner again. Browser settings can block cookies entirely; essential features such as consent memory may then reset each visit.
Third-party cookies
Embedded fonts may request resources from Google Fonts. We do not load third-party advertising cookies. See our Privacy Policy for broader data practices.
Impact of disabling
Rejecting analytics does not remove access to content, forms, or booking requests. Blocking all cookies may clear preference storage and show the banner again.
