01

Intake without keys

You complete a short questionnaire: sleeve labels, approximate weights, written policy if you have one, and prior journal samples. We schedule only after confirming that no recovery material will be shared.

02

Ledger walk

In session we read each offline wallet sleeve through your summaries. Performance notes are dated. Reservations are written in plain language — including when you reject a possible change.

03

Allocation pass

Actual weights meet your target rules. Drift is named. Temporary exceptions get an expiry date. Nothing moves unless you decide later, on your own devices.

04

Written brief

Within two business days you receive a concise brief: decisions, open questions, and the next review window. The journal format remains yours to keep offline.

Why paper (or private files) still matter

Exchange screens encourage continuous checking. Offline wallets encourage deliberate moves. A research-led journal sits between them: enough structure to see drift, enough friction to avoid impulsive edits.

Natural next actions

Bring your rules to the table

If you already hold offline, we can help you journal performance and review allocation without touching your keys.
