Clear starting fees for journaling and allocation consultations. Complex holdings are quoted after a short questionnaire — never as a software subscription.
Fees cover facilitated working time, the written brief, and scheduling coordination. They do not include trading, custody, tax filing, or hardware purchases.

- More than one legal entity or household co-owner set

- Very large sleeve counts that require a second review day
- Rush scheduling inside five business days
What stays fixed once booked
After we confirm scope and date, the session fee is fixed in writing. Materials you purchase yourself (notebooks, hardware, software you host) are never marked up by CognitiveIQ.
Deposits
A 30% deposit holds the calendar slot. The balance is due on the session day. See our refund policy for cancellations and rescheduling.
