Refund and rescheduling rules for CognitiveIQ consultations — deposits, notice windows, and work already started.

Scope
This policy applies to paid CognitiveIQ consultations (Allocation Review Session, Performance Journaling Setup, Self-Custody Discipline Check, and scoped follow-ups confirmed in writing). It does not cover third-party products, hardware, or specialist fees billed by others.
Deposit
A 30% deposit holds your session date. The remaining balance is due on the session day (or as stated in your confirmation email).
Full refund eligibility
- CognitiveIQ cancels and cannot offer a suitable alternative date within 30 days
- You cancel in writing at least 7 full days before the scheduled start and no preparatory brief work has begun beyond the standard questionnaire review
Refunds of eligible amounts are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
Partial refund / credit
- Cancellation between 6 days and 48 hours before start: deposit retained; any amount paid above the deposit may be credited toward a session within 90 days
- Reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice: one free reschedule per booking; further reschedules may require a ₩80,000 administration fee
Non-refundable items
- Deposit when you cancel inside 48 hours without a medical or documented emergency reason
- Sessions marked completed after the working time has begun
- Custom printed materials already produced at your request after intake
No-shows
If you do not attend and do not notify us within 30 minutes after the start time, the session is treated as completed for fee purposes. We may, at our discretion, offer a reduced-fee restart.
Work already started
Once the live session begins, fees for that session are earned. If connection issues on our side prevent delivery, we reschedule at no extra cost or refund the session fee pro rata.
How to request a refund
Email contact@cognitiveiq.digital with your full name, session date, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and state the approved amount or next step.
