Acceptance
By using https://cognitiveiq.digital or booking a CognitiveIQ consultation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.
Services described
CognitiveIQ provides human-delivered consultations related to offline wallet performance journaling and allocation review. Website content is informational. Pricing pages are guidance only and do not create a binding offer until confirmed in writing for a specific session.
No custodial or trading relationship
We do not take custody of digital assets, private keys, or seed phrases. We do not execute trades for clients. You remain solely responsible for your self-custody practices and investment decisions.
Intellectual property
Site text, visual design, and method materials provided during sessions remain the property of CognitiveIQ or its licensors. You may keep your personal journal and session brief for your own records. You may not republish our templates as a competing commercial product without written permission.
Client responsibilities
You agree not to transmit seed phrases, private keys, or recovery material through forms, email, or session channels. You agree that summaries you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, CognitiveIQ is not liable for investment losses, opportunity costs, or damages arising from decisions you make after a consultation. Our aggregate liability related to a paid session is limited to the fees you paid for that session, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
